Welcome to www.nicelist.me (together with its subdomains, the “Site”), the website of NiceList, Inc., a California corporation (“NiceList”, “we”, “us” and/or “our”). The Site is operated by NiceList and has been created to provide you with information about NiceList and our social gift-giving services and related services (the “Services”). Integrating Social Networking Services:

One of the special features of our Site and Service is that you may log in via various social networking services like Facebook or Twitter (“Social Networking Services”). By directly integrating these services, we make your online experiences richer and more personalized.
